Terms of use.

Use BI PDF to work with documents you own or have permission to modify.

Your documents and results

You retain ownership of your documents. BI PDF processes files on your device. Check the downloaded result before submitting, printing or relying on it, and keep your original file.

Limits and availability

The tools are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or perfect preservation of every PDF feature. Password-protected files are not supported. Editing may invalidate digital signatures, and compression removes selectable text and interactive features.

Responsible use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access the administrator account without permission or interfere with the site. BI PDF is not a qualified electronic-signature service.

Privacy and support

See our privacy policy for data handling. For questions, use the contact page. These terms may change as tools are updated.
