BIBI PDF

YOUR DOCUMENTS, YOUR DEVICE

Privacy, in plain words.

Your files stay in your browser. BI PDF does not receive or store your documents, photos, passwords or filenames.

How your files are processed

PDF operations run on your device using locally hosted libraries. Downloads are created in your browser. Clear files or close the tab to release the document from this tool. Your downloaded files remain on your device.

Optional usage statistics

With your permission, we count visits, estimated browsing sessions, tool completions and failures. Statistics contain a tool name, result and day only. We do not collect document text, filenames, file sizes, email addresses or analytics IP addresses. A temporary random session identifier supports active-session counts and expires after five minutes of inactivity.

Session counts are estimates, not counts of distinct people. Refusing statistics does not limit any PDF tool. Your choice is saved locally in your browser; you can change it below.

Cookies and hosting logs

A temporary session cookie is used when statistics are enabled or when an administrator signs in. The administrator session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Our hosting provider may maintain access and security logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs, under its own retention settings. Document contents are not part of these requests.

Advertising

No advertising network is active in this release. Reserved advertisement areas do not load trackers. Before Google AdSense is activated, this policy will be updated to explain Google and advertising partners’ cookie and identifier usage, and any required consent mechanism will be configured. Your documents will continue to be processed on your device.

Retention and access

Aggregate statistics are retained for 90 days and then removed during the next statistics request. Only the authenticated administrator can see these counts. Login protection uses a short-lived hashed network address for rate limiting, removed after its expiry.

Important file limitations

Changes may invalidate existing digital signatures. PDF compression uses image-based pages, removing selectable text, links and interactive forms. Keep your original document. Password-protected PDFs are not supported in this version.
