Add a simple running page number at the top or bottom center. Start at 1 for a standalone document or choose a higher starting number when preparing a section of a larger report. Existing printed page numbers remain on the page.
Does this replace existing page numbers?
No. It adds new numbers. Choose a position that does not overlap existing page content.
Can I choose a starting number?
Yes. Use the Start numbering at field, from 1 to 9999. Subsequent pages increase by one.
How to page numbers

Keep the original file. Editing may invalidate digital signatures. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
